To delete a Samsung account without a password, go to the official reset Samsung website directly. On your computer or mobile browser, go to the sign-in page and select “Sign in.” Select “Forget ID” or “Reset Password” below the sign-in option. Click on the link beneath that option.

Select the Samsung ID. Select Menu from the drop-down menu. Choose Remove Account from the list that appears. REMOVE ACCOUNT should be selected by tapping it.

If you have a Google account on your phone, and you perform a factory reset, your phone will automatically restore that Google account.
