On Instagram, Unlinking Your Account Isn’t Enough to Get You Off Facebook. Unlike other platforms shown under the Linked Accounts menu on Instagram, linking your Facebook profile is ostensibly disabled by default. Before Instagram shows the two as linked, users must click the app’s grayed-out logo and log in.
To delete a linked Instagram account, go to the “Delete Your Account” page in Instagram’s Help Center. Then choose “Delete Your Account,” log into the Instagram account you want to remove, and submit the form to cancel your account.
To get started, tap or your profile photo in the lower right corner. To turn on Settings, tap. At the bottom of Account Center, choose Set Up Accounts Center from the drop-down menu. Choose Add a Facebook Account from the drop-down menu and log in to or select the account you want to connect.
On your iPhone or Android device, open the Instagram program. … Select the account you want to remove from the drop-down list next to your Instagram username at the top of the screen. Tap the three lines in the top-right corner.
You can only link one Facebook and Instagram account to your account center. On Instagram, you must login into all of the profiles you wish to join together into a single account. You may have up to five people signed in at once on Instagram.
