How to maintain your eligibility status.
Practice safe sex by using a condom therefore preventing transmission of any infections such HIV and being with one partner minimizing risks of infection transition. Eat a well balanced diet. What happens before, during and after donation.
The process begins by presenting your identification documents and a member of the center’s staff will tell you about the rate card. The health worker will come and conduct a physical exam checking your weight, blood pressure and general well-being such as looking for veins.
